The 2021 Africa Global Business Services (GBS) Benchmarking and Market Report from the coops of Knowledge Executive, projects that the African GBS economy will grow to almost USD 20 B come 2023.
The outlook, which surveyed 504 GBS service providers and delivery centers in 19 African nations, said the continent’s collective domestic and international efforts in the sector currently generate about USD 15.1 B in revenue, with South Africa, Egypt, and Tunisia as the overdogs.
