Knife Capital Launches Second 12J Venture Capital Fund

South Africa-based Knife Capital launched its second 12J fund, KNF Ventures II for investors to participate in this alternative asset class. With the same investment mandate as the first 12J fund, this fund is aimed at continuation of support for South African entrepreneurs.

Section 12J venture capital company (VCC) regime was established to enhance equity investment into high-risk small and medium size enterprises to improve innovation, job creation and economic growth.
